Birth Matters

I believe how people birth and how people come onto the planet matters. Empowered birthing people and a soft landing on Earth for the baby are my main objectives as a birth support person. People become empowered through: education, claiming space, being seen and heard, daily balance techniques to feel embodied and grounded, & being witnessed in their transformation into parenthood. All these factors combine to allow a soft landing for the new soul.

What a gift to be able to experience giving life - growing an entire being and presenting them to the world - and choosing the way that feels right to do so! I bring a calm grounded state of non-judgment to the birth room. I am able to hold space for your experience (AS YOU LIKE IT) and witness you in your power.

Full Spectrum

I also offer abortion doula services and support. This is your experience and my role is to empower and witness you in your process & power without judgment. I offer transport to and from appointments, education about the procedures, and coping tips and comfort measures.
